[Libreoffice-qa] Bug 81968

[Algot Runeman]

Can somebody with a Windows system check the test file on this bug 
report 91968?
I think it may be a problem with the submitter's system (which I've 
suggested to him), not a bug, but would like to confirm that the file 
doesn't cause an issue on a Windows system (don't have one).

Would it be more appropriate to ask this of the QA team on IRC?
