O.K. But where do I need to tweak it? On my system, or somewhere on 
the TDF server?

I have found it on

below "Quick Start". There it links to http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/deb/x86_64/?C=S;O=D;P=*4.4.0.1* 
for some reason ... :(
