Back with a bit more meat to those issues, also scratch the general issues
with UI scroll bar, with the rc2 build they seem to have resolved.

On Windows 7 sp1, 64-bit en-US with Version:
Build ID: 14ed55896fdfcb93ff437b85c4f3e1923d2b1409
 the build, the scroll bar activation and removal now seems to
behave correctly.
