Yes, this bug (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30920) was first
reported back in October 2010(!!!). Reported for 3.3.0 Beta 3 means it has
always been there since the beginning of LO.
Apparently nobody thinks it's important...

What is more absurd is that the License document is added to the Recent
documents so now you have a big tile linking to the License on the main
window...
Since LibreOffice doesn't allow to remove individual documents from the
Start Center (another unimportant feature already requested
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=72668) you can either install
the History Master extension or delete the whole list...

BTW there is no image for the License FODT even if you edit and save (which
should update the thumbnail). Does anyone know if this is a limitation of
the FODT file format or a bug in LO?
