During the last conf call, we discussed about planing of bug events, so
here what I propose:
Target: 4.3.0 beta1 on week 21 (May 19-25)
First communication: week 17 (April 21-27)
Reminder: week 19 (May 5-11)

Target: 4.3.0 RC1 on week 25 (June 16-22)
First communication: week 21 (May 19-25)
Reminder: week 23 (June 2-8)
