That is a bit under whelming as an issue report.  Perhaps you can fill in
details we'd need to be able to verify.

It could be a resurgence of  fdo#69517
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69517>  , but it looks like
Kendy at least on the TB-39 builds has the "--with-windows-sdk=7.1A" build
flag set.

For starters what TinderBox did you pull and what is the commit signature
for the build?
