    + 4.3.next - calc / sort release ?
        + 4.3.4 RC1 - nominally Nov 24th
        + proposal to accelerate this & do an out-of-order release.

               + now at 64k files.
               + got some additional files from Caolan for the next run.
           + if you have non-public files, that we should test
               + can up-load to a server & sync. to the crashtesting VM
               + mail Markus ...
        + have some more obscure formats in the crash-testing previously ignored
           + we detect the file-type before exporting.
           + and handle more odd / corner-case types

    + http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/crashtest/013ec10d4e89e86cbd53a88058defb7e97ebaa49/ (25-Oct-2014)

        + budget reserved (Eur 2k) - poke Bjoern.
    + Munich hack-fest (Jan-Marek):
        http://www.it-muenchen-blog.de/2014/07/bug-squashing-party-2014/
        + jmux (IRC) can add you if you don't want to create an account
        + will have a BSP come-together; if someone says they're coming
          just show up etc.
           + November 21st-23rd, 2014
             https://wiki.debian.org/BSP/2014/11/de/Munich
           + we should drop by with 2 or 3 developers, if possible
        + 35 or so registrations - looking fun.
    + Need further offers [!] ...
        + propose Collabora / Cambridge (Michael)
        + should consider Las Palmas de Gran Canaria/University again (Bjoern)
        + Freiburg - also an option (prolly better in summer anyway (Bjoern)

* FOSDEM bits
    + https://penta.fosdem.org/submission/FOSDEM15
         + 20 minute slots (good to collect talks)
    + please consider filing by mid. December !
    + Volunteer needed to book / run the hackfest afterwards.

* UX Update (Kendy)
    + default option of sorting / reference update (Kohei)
         + set to false for now - the old behavior
AI: + commit to master (Kendy)
         + otherwise, being able to set it while sorting; but
           unclear if there is time to do that.
    + sidebar - will hide it a bit: just icons by default.
         + don't want it there by default: lots of screen estate
         + its openend for styles eg.
    + lots of smaller cleanups going on, lots of good things.
    + one result of the surveys: copy/cut/paste
         + won't do any changes for this release; more measurement needed.

* Certification (Stephan/Bjoern/Kendy)
    + asked new guys - 2x happy to be certified:
         + Jan-Marek Glogowski, Samuel Mehrbrodt

* Bugzilla migration (Bjoern)
    + discussed it in Seattle; goal 12th November
    + redmine - has a list of missing pieces; unclear when we're moving.
        + https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/751 meta-task
    + timing is increasingly non-ideal now wrt. major release work
        + new target for after 4.4.1

* Jenkins research (Norbert)
    + experimenting with a local version that mirrors to public version
    + been starting with Mac's - and since this morning, a couple of Windows
    + currently churns builds.
    + starting to gather other resource
    + in 2x weeks - ran 409 gerrit builds, and 321 tinderbox builds.
    + 3x Mac and 2x Windows
        + can see in gerrit - messages about starting / completing the build.
        + will see all 3x platforms pass or fail eventually.
    + still a WIP, some issues around it
        + need to find some way to bring it into TDF infrastructure.
        + as long as it doesn't vote +1 or -1 on verification
        + feel free to ignore for now.
    + every new patch in gerrit triggers a build
        + would need a gerrit plugin to "merge if builds"
             + could do it as a remote plugin (Bjoern)

* QA (Bjoern)
    + UNCONFIRMED bug count down to 648 (!!!) on 2014-10-31
        + big thanks to all our triagers !

    + Alpha1 bibisect repository is built locally
        + will try to push that out shortly.
