[Libreoffice-qa] ping to retest old bugs

I'm honestly hesitant to do any more of this kind of thing with the
email notification on. Devs hate it, users hate it, etc . . . Our bug
tracker is making progress, IMHO this can wait until we get it fully up.
Just my two cents.
