[Libreoffice-qa] unit tests-functions

Hello,
I supplemented tests of functions  - sheets Logical and Spreadsheet 
(file from 1 and 2 ). Should be all functions in the categories Logical 
and Spreadsheet.
Please take a look if it's good, if yes I'll continue with other 
sheets/function categories.
