[Libreoffice-qa] Events Reminder

I have found that people sometimes forget about our calendaring and just
mention on their particular lists of an upcoming event where they are
participating. I am on most of the NBBP-TDF lists and lurk on all of these.
It just makes it easier for people to know that all they need to do is
mention it on any list they are on and I will most likely read it.
Actually the right location for mentioning events is the marketing list,
but I find that most of the time, the events are usually mentioned on
other lists. Not a perfect situation, but I can still work it.
