I'm going to do this again but I can't seem to find the query I used
last time (doh!).

That query:
NEW
No activity for 365 days
Excludes enhancements
Excludes anything with "meta" in summary

P.S. I won't be doing all 1700 at once ;) But trying to get a consistent
query that I'll store locally to do this faster/easier.
