The reply to that might sound harsh, but there is no other way to put it: They
are doing it wrong then. RESOLVED means "claimed to be fixed on the source code
on the master branch", VERIFIED means "checked in the revision claimed", CLOSED
means "released in a finalized version to public". Not only is this the
canonical meaning of bugstates, its also the only sensible one.
Users who want something different might be interested in buying commercial
support.
