Thank you for the link. That is exactly the problem since the Portuguese
keyboard also requires Shift to be pressed.
But the key combination (with Shift) works in Excel, so LibreOffice must
have some problem with hotkeys that probably affects other key combinations
and possibly all users that don't have a en_US keyboard (or any keyboard
layout that requires different key presses).

I will comment in the Bug report and change the version number (this never
worked in Calc).

Regarding F4, I just noticed that it is now (since branch 5.1) the default
hotkey for absolute/relative cell addresses so thank you to whoever changed
it :)
