[Libreoffice-qa] [ANN] LibreOffice 5.3.0 rc3 test builds available

Hi *,

for the upcoming new version 5.3.0, the builds for rc3 are now
available on pre-releases.

It is release configuration, meaning it will update an existing
version of LibreOffice on Windows (linux and Mac users can install
alongside 5.2.x, but not run simultaneously)

5.3.0 is scheduled to be released beginning of February

and validation that those bugs are really fixed.
