I have installed LibreOffice 5.4.0.1 on Windows 10 machine. I dont see the problem you mentioned on my machine.

My graphics adapter is an ATI Radeon HD 3800 running on Windows 7 Pro x64
SP1

Has anyone seen this? I can't find any bug report on this on Bugzilla.
