[Libreoffice-qa] Spammer Countermeasures

Hello Luke,

At the moment we already have some measures in place against spammers.

If the bug is fixed, just set it to CLOSED, so the next time a spammer
writes a comment with an URL to that ticket, the spammer will get banned
automatically.

OTOH, if the bug is still open, just let me know, so I will add it to a
list and the same will happen, the spammer will get banned automatically
the next time.
