This happens regardless of the UI render mode.
My graphics adapter is an ATI Radeon HD 3800 running on Windows 7 Pro x64

Has anyone seen this? I can't find any bug report on this on Bugzilla.

Don't know that I qualify as QA, but I do follow BZ & QA mailing
list.<br>
I have been using 5.4.0.1 since it became available and I don't see
this issue.<br>
My graphics adapter is NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT & OS is Win 7 Ult
x64 SP1<br>
