<p>I'd like to review and retire these ones doing the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Move their dependents to the obvious parent meta (if any:
Android ones should use the dedicated Android components)</li>
<li>Review their importance if needed</li>
<li>Close the metas as "invalid"</li>
</ul>
<p>Any thoughts?</p>
<p>I'd like suggestions on how to deal with closed reports: I want
to also categorise closed reports properly for better stats, but I
don't want to be unnecessarily noisy to subscribed contributors,
especially for bugs that are long gone.<br>
</p>
<p>How do we do a mass change as silently as possible? E.g.
replacing one "blocks" value in many bugs in one go.</p>
