Dear packagers..

FYI: in preparation for the upcoming release cycle, some items of interests:

1/
binfilter has been dropped for the next version of libreoffice, which
will be 4.0

2/
for build consideration: --with-num-cpu --with-max-jobs have been
removed and replaced with : --with-parallelism=n which default to the
number of core on the build box

Attention please, as
<http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=13ef9dcc206d30ebd4d63afb186d379dc849b36c>
"Rename 'Mozilla headers' to 'NPAPI headers' (incl. configure option
name)" just renamed a configure option, for better or worse.

We migrated to a git submodules model. so we do not use ./clone/*
anymore and a given version is fully identified by a sha in core.
Transition across the migration point is known it possibly cause some
weird symptom. For a packager the easiest way is probably to clone a
new core repo.
For the ones using the source tarball: There will be just one source
tar.gz that will contain core and all the submodules'.

5/
the MacOS PPC port is declared deprecated... 4.0 will be the last
version supporting it. for the following version (4.1 most likely) we
will upgrade the base-SDK from 10.4 to 10.6.
