[Libreoffice-ux-advise] report design: precision in lengths in control properties

I just filed fdo#43556 about an ux issue: report design has hidden
state that impacts behaviour, in the form of hundredths of millimeters
in dimensions and positions (only tenths of millimiters are shown). I
argue we should show the full state.
