[Libreoffice-ux-advise] FindBar: Show the icon for Search & Replace dialog by default

Hi,

In master, I have enabled the icon for the Search & Replace dialog by
default in the FindBar (until now it was only hidden).  This allows the
user to access the additional options available only in the Search &
Replace dialog quickly, so I think it is a Good Thing ;-), and also it
does not make the UI crowded, because the FindBar is hidden most of the
time anyway.  Screenshot:

What do you think - any drawbacks?
