[Libreoffice-ux-advise] UX: access protect/unprotect sheet from sheet tab

Hi

Protect and unprotect are commands that work on the whole sheet inside a
Calc document (Tools - Protect - Sheet)

It will be nice to have these commands in the context menu of the sheet's
tab.
