I read  "  Clicking on the header/footer area will show the separator. 
Clicking on an empty header/footer area will add a temporary one that we 
try hard to remove when clicking outside "

I understand this in the sense that a 'temporary separator' is shown.
Would it be easy to use the current mouse-moving-out behaviour too for 
removing that one?
