[Libreoffice-ux-advise] UI: category for complex numbers in calc function wizzard

Hi

I opened an enhancement bug to create a "complex number" category in the
calc function wizzard. The number of complex numbers function has
increased recently and all are now under "add-in" category.

It should be easy to fix, and I am asking for advise/green light on
messing with add-ins functions in Calc.
