[Libreoffice-ux-advise] Need Help: Bug 48763 - TABLE FORMATTING: (context menu) setting "Number recognition" should be possible for each individual cell

Hi,

today I found a.m. Bug report. IMHO interesting request, but I see 
several unsolved questions:
- what setting should have priority to what other one?
- how can cells with individual changes be recognized
- may be more.

Have there already been thoughts about such an enhancement?
