* The shadow that was added last-minute to the Start Screen is too
strong, bigger than the shadow behind a sheet in Writer 3.6.
* The splash screen should be smaller and lighter, maintaining
consistency with the About dialog
* The spacing of the letters in the LibreOffice logo seems a bit too
wide, fix that with correct values.
* The colors could be refined as well.
