[Libreoffice-ux-advise] widget layout, ux love...

So widget layout is in master for about a week now without too much
complaining yet. See

What I think would be a good idea at this stage is for ux-advise to have
a look over the converted dialogs and... 
a) come up with some recommendations for e.g. default space between
widgets in grid rows/columns and if we should persist with vertical
button towers where we still use them, etc.
b) make them prettier.

The .ui files can be edited with glade (http://glade.gnome.org/). No
need to restart LibreOffice after editing an existing .ui in order to
see the changes, just close the dialog and re-open it. There is also a
standalone ui previewer tool "ui-previewer"

The filenames of the following conversions are fairly self-describing if
you want to see them live in action in e.g. a daily build.
