[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [libreoffice-design]Altering the template manager to act as a start center

That'd be a great idea definitely; I've included the icon on the bottom left side, that icon triggers the website - but implementing automatic installing of the templates would also require heavy coding both on the templates website and here I think.
