This is useful to power uses: a different person creates the template 
for actual users. The actual users do *not* need to know of all the 
styles in a document. If users see all the styles, they may be lost. 
Hence, they only need to know of the ones that are actually used for the 
actual uses.

and *has* to remain, imo.
