[Libreoffice-ux-advise] Numberic field - spin up/down behaviour

Hi,

Currently the spin up/down behaviour is to just increase or decrease
by the spin size amount. I want to change this behaviour to round the
value to the spin size amount when increasing or decreasing as I think
this is something the user wants to do anyway.

For example:

numeric field has a value of "0.21 cm", spin size "0.1 cm"

Increasing (up) with the current implementation change the value to
"0.31 cm" and increasing again to "0.41 cm". My proposed change would
first round to "0.30 cm" and then increase to "0.40 cm".

Decreasing would change the value to "0.11 cm" and again to "0.01 cm".
The proposed change would round to "0.20 cm" and then decrease to
"0.10 cm".

What do you think about this change?
