It seems that it is a common case that the navigator and the Styles&Formatting
window is open at the same time (see bug 81902 e.g.). Word also has the
navigator on the left side by default.
So I think we should still allow the navigator to be in a floating window
(until the multiple sidebars are supported at least). I suggest to remove the
navigator icon from the toolbar and have it only in the menu (which would open
the floating window) and in the sidebar.
What do you think about that?
