I've implemented some of the ideas that were discussed here, see commit

To be done:
* Remove the Styles&Formatting dialog, always open it in the sidebar
* Show the Sidebar in Calc&Draw by default (icons only) and remove Navigator,
Gallery and Styles&Formatting buttons from toolbar

Currently the sidebar in Writer is shown by default (expanded) since I have not
yet found a way to show only the icons by default.
