Thanks Samuel for putting in the patch. Yes we do need 'Page', 'Character' and
'Paragraph', as they are not accessible in the toolbar and you can see they
take up the 5th, 9th and 10th ranking in the context menu usage.

 5) Paragraph        -    41,302
 9) Character        -    20,466
10) Page             -    16,921
