Other systems (esp. Linux) have more space restrictions, and don’t want to make
the sidebar panels wider. Also, these actions are related to the list of
styles, so I still think they should be in a new bar below it, similar to
GNOME’s inline toolbars: http://i.stack.imgur.com/yQr8r.png
