This bug fix comes with LibreOffice 4.4 (release notes
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/4.4) 


Font, Font size and Text alignment formatting options have been removed from
context menu in Writer: according to statistics were widely unused and their
removal reduces visual clutter.
