4 to 7 are means of modifying the options for selection in the Area/Fill tab.
e.g. In the colors tab, you can create/modify a color, but you still have to go
to the Area/Fill tab to set the area as that color. Those tabs are there
because of the lack of customization of those options from the Area/Fill tab.

We would ideally want the basic features to be visible (i did this by leaving
out the shadow distance field) and if a user wants more, he/she opens the
dialog. Its always a hard thing to determine what are the basic features that
should be displayed.
