Changing the GUI default selection by-cell from a red to a blue highlight seems
a reasonable accommodation and will probably not affect general UX.

Also, seems that by toggling OS into a high contrast Assistive Technology to
trigger LibreOffice High Contrast mode, HC mode also uses a red default
highlighting for selection by-cell. At the least that should probably be
changed.
