the customized toolbar xml file

Here is the customized toolbar xml file that was used for the mockup. The entry
for .uno:GotoPage was a filler as i didnt have a means of putting in the page
jump control from navigator.

Also another means of reducing space in the toolbar is to shrink 'Multiple' to
'Multi'.
