Glad i didnt submit a new bug report for this, as i thought about the same
thing. :)

I dont think the standard toolbar needs to be cluttered with the button, as
most users wont use the feature, IMHO, especially when the document they want
inst already listed in the list, and when alot of users never actually get to
the start center.
