I think that sounds perfect as it covers all the bases and for users who use it
alot, they can easily re-enable the icon in the toolbar or use the keyboard
shortcut ( thats for you Michael :) ).

By the way, has the infobar been implemented yet, as i had submitted another
bug (bug 78186) about an infobar appearing when a file is opened and fonts are
missing.
