Regarding the second point I would agree this seems for me to be a good
enhancement.

Regarding the first point, I thought that this is already implemented if you
select "Uniform Integer" in the field DISTRIBUTION.  Do this already resolve
your first issue or is there maybe a misunderstanding from my side?
