First I found the change obvious, now I understand better why sometimes one's
would want to have the "With" field filled instead of "Replace" one.

Filling both all the time would mean, delete the content of 1 field each time
too.
What about adding an option in the dialog or global option which would be saved
in LO profile?
However, to put it clear, I wouldn't know at all how to implement this so I
reset the assignee.
Finally, since there's a debate about all this, I reopen this tracker and put
UI.
