Presently in the image context menu, we have a submenu item titled 'Rotate
Image' which has submenu entries for 'Rotate 90* Left' and 'Rotate 90* Right'.
I'd like to suggest that we add 'Rotate 180*' so uses dont have to click one of
the other options twice and also the Format > Flip functions of 'Flip
Vertically' and 'Flip Horizontally'.
