Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Open styles & formatting sidebar pane
3) Click on character style button
4) right-click on a Emphasis character style
5) Click modify in context menu
6) Look at organizer tab's contains

It shows 'Italics' three times. 1 for western text, 1 for asian text and 1 for
ctl text.
