When an image is clicked in impress, the line and filling toolbar is hidden and
replaced with the image toolbar. The image toolbar only has 4 buttons not
already present in the line and filling toolbar, so it is best that the image
toolbar be shrunk to just those 4 buttons and shown and hidden when an image is
selected.
