It would be an argument for many users who are at resolutions from 800x600 to
1366x768, which is approximately 55% of internet users, when the context menu
takes up ~75% of the screen height.

So which of the 11 items would you be okay with removal in shapes and which
ones for images. :D

The toolbar has the same advantage of showing what can be done with an object.
We also have toolbars that appear when you click on a particular type of
object, to customize the type of functionality available to that type of
object. I removal suggests were primarily of buttons present in the toolbar, as
the last thing i would want to do is have people go into the menus. :D
