Edit > Autotext (Writer) likely deserves to be under Tools as you are modifying
its options/settings. Edit > Header/footer text (Calc) likely deserves its own
section, similar to how writer/impress/draw have sections that includes the
entry 'Fields...', and could be accompanied by a new entry Edit > Hyperlink.

I dont see much similarities between these features that would suggest they
should be grouped together, but my primarily intention is for the first three
sections of the insert menu to be as closely similar as possible between all
modules.
