One of the main problems is that the submenu labels need to be changed to
clarify what they mean. For example Edit > Changes > Show can either be changed
into Edit > Track Changes > Show Change or Edit > Changes > Show Track Changes.
Once i know the what will happen with this bug, i can cater the label changes
going into the submenu and toolbar tooltips in bug 84406.
