I do not support removal of 'New' and 'Styles and Formatting' icons (and of
course Cut/Copy/Paste Buttons). I am glad about 'Comment' (I used to added
buttons manually) and  Subscript/superscript as individual buttons. 

In Writer, I add all case effects (5 buttons, are they all included in 'Font
Effects'?), Insert Comment (that yellow one, is it included in 'Comment'
group?), Insert Footnote Directly (nice if added) and Alternative Find &
Replace from search extension (Bug 38261).

In Calc, I add also 'Show All Notes' and 'Hide All Notes' - please consider if
Calc will be changed too - and of course 'Wrap' from wrap extension (Bug 60349)
- please take a look at that one.
