Briefly:

- The layout in Pages (attachment 106022) and in current LO (attachment 104720)
both look acceptable to me

- Based on the usability of the current layout, I haven't been convinced this
qualifies as a *Most Annoying* bug

- The Design Team should give us some guidance here. I'll ping them (again?)
